Financial Plan requirements

 

Write a full financial plan for Richard and Susan. Your plan must include amongst other things the following requirements:

 

• Showcase your understanding of financial planning process in your written plan.

• The couple’s primary objective relates to their retirement ability, but they are unsure how to begin and what would be sufficient for their retirement. They have given you the mandate to look into all aspects of their financial situation, therefore, write a comprehensive financial plan supporting their retirement goals.

 

• The couple would like to give their children the best that they can afford as they grow up. Help the couple balance between their children’s development needs, their obligations to their parents and their own needs. Provide a plan to finance the children’s tertiary education.
