Choose your route to recognition
Practitioner Group
- For financial planners with strong 2025 production performance.
- Qualify through Total FYC, Total Premium, or Total Income, plus BSC Category A.
- Figures must be verified and endorsed by your company's authorised officer.
- Available tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Professional Group
- For leaders and professionals with significant contributions to the field.
- Submit a Professional Contribution Write-Up for scoring.
- Distinguished Leader: 75–100.
- Emerging Leader: 50–74.
CFP® Certified Professionals — you may apply under either the Practitioner Group or the Professional Group. Choose the category that best represents your 2025 performance and contributions. You are not restricted to one route.

Complete & Endorse
Practitioner applicants should obtain company endorsement for the declared figures and prepare a high-resolution colour photo.
Pay & Submit
Pay via PayNow and email the completed form, colour photo, and payment screenshot to events@fpas.org.sg.
